Sign for Saba:
There was also a sign for Saba in their dwelling place: two gardens–one to the right and one to the left. ‘Eat of your Lord’s provision and give thanks to Him: a bountiful land and a forgiving Lord.’ But they turned away so We unleashed against them the flood from the great dam and exchanged their two gardens for two others containing bitter-tasting plants and tamarisk and a few lote trees.
(Holy Quran, Surah Saba’ (Sheba), Surah # 34: Ayah # 15-16)

Lote tree beyond which none may pass:
While he was in the highest part of the horizon: Then he approached and came closer, And was at a distance of but two bow lengths or (even) nearer; So did (Allah) convey the inspiration to His Servant (conveyed) what He (meant) to convey. The (Prophet’s) (mind and) heart in no way falsified that which he saw. Will ye then dispute with him concerning what he saw? For indeed he saw him at a second descent, Near the Lote tree beyond which none may pass: Near it is the Garden of Abode. Behold the Lote tree was shrouded (in mystery unspeakable!) (His) sight never swerved, not did it go wrong! For truly did he see, of the Signs of his Lord, the Greatest!
(Holy Quran, Surah Al-Najm (The Star), Surah # 53: Ayah # 7-18)

Companions of the Right:
And the Companions of the Right: how happy are the Companions of the Right? (The Companions of the Right are) amid thornless lote-trees, and fruit-laden acacias, and (the Companions of the Right are amid) wide-spreading shade. By water flowing constantly, And fruits in abundance, Whose season is not limited, nor (supply) forbidden, And on Thrones (of Dignity), raised high.
(Holy Quran, Surah Al-Waqi’ah (The Inevitable), Surah # 56: Ayah #27-34)
