Holy Quran guides us towards the Right Path

Music

ALLAH has mentioned in Holy Quran that Mountains and Birds started echoing with Hazrat Dawud (A.S.) and made the praise of Hazrat Dawud (A.S.) most glorious.

"We gave Sulayman understanding of it. We gave each of them judgement and knowledge. We subjected the mountains to Dawud, glorifying, and the birds as well. This is something We are well able to do."
(Holy Quran, Surah Al-Anbiya' (The Prophets), Surah # 21: Ayah # 79)

"We gave Dawud great favour from Us: 'O mountains and birds! Echo with him in his praise!' And We made iron malleable for him."
(Holy Quran, Surah Saba’ (Sheba), Surah # 34, Ayah # 10)

This Ayah gives us the concept of natural music. We can praise ALLAH and Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W.) by using natural music. This natural music can be of the following types:
1.    Echo
2.    Chirping of the birds
We can use certain other types of natural music such as Sound of the Raining Water or that of the falling water or sound of the moving leaves in a particular way which suits our work.
This concept would be most beautiful and attractive in Hamd and Naat. We can use this concept in songs having some moral lesson in it.
